Lately, you may have noticed a slight change when logging into the Bronto application. After you enter your username and password, we are asking you to choose a question and furnish us the answer to this question. Please do not be confused, we are not requesting an answer to give you access to the application. What we are doing is insuring that we have a security question in case you need to ask for a password reset.
We are implementing this in an effort to make sure your information is only accessible by your username. When you request a password reset, the application will ask you the security question that you chose, and you will need to respond with the correct answer that you previously supplied. Make sure to be careful, though, as the answer that you supply is case sensitive.
If you are sharing a username with another user, you may want to consider stopping this practice. We strongly recommend that each username have only 1 user responsible for it. If you need more users, please contact your account manager. If you have any questions regarding the security question, feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
