Way back in April, I wrote a blog post describing all of the help resources available to users in Bronto. With the Bronto Fall 2009 Release, we have made some significant improvements to Help that will make it even easier for you to find the information you need.
Help For The Page You Are Viewing
Let’s say you are scrolling through the application and along comes something you are just not sure about. You can go to the upper right side of the page and click the question mark
. When you do this, you will be taken to the Help For This Page.
Help For This Page contains frequently asked questions, links to full help guides, and on some pages, links to video tutorials. To view the answer to a frequently asked question, simply click on the question and the answer will appear.

To view a specific help guide (help guides provide detailed explanations and step-by-step instructions, with screen shots), click on a help guide link.
To view a video tutorial, click on a link in the Videos section.
Help Search
The Search feature lets you search all of the help resources within the application. To begin searching help, move you cursor into the search text box and type in a keyword or topic you want to know more about. As you type, the application will automatically return a list of the available help resources related to your search request. Depending on what you search for, you could be returned a list of help guides, PDFs, videos, or a combination of all three. The more specific you are with your search query, the better chance you have of finding the information you want. Broad search queries, like “Messages”, will return a wide and varying range of help information. A more specific search query, such as “Creating messages using the WYSIWYG editor”, will yield more relevant search results.
Getting To The Help Dashboard, Video Library, And PDF Library
The Help Dashboard contains product updates, recommended readings, and links to guides that can help you get started using the application. To get to the Help Dashboard, click the Help And Learning Center Link.
Once you are on the Help Dashboard, you can click the Video Library or PDF Library links to get to the Video Library or PDF Library. The Video Library is the central location where all available videos in the application can be found, and the PDF Library is the central location where all the available PDFs can be found.

Help within the application is something we place a lot of emphasis on and are always looking to improve. Have any questions or suggestions? Let us know in the comments section below!
