All you would have to do to find out the open rates for the example you gave above is go to Contacts-&gt;Segments. From here, click on the name of the segment you want to find open rates for (i.e. the May segment). You will be taken to the overview page for that particular segment. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see a table containing metrics describing the overall performance for this segment. In this table, you will be able to find all the messages sent to this segment, as well as their corresponding open rates. Hope this helps, and let us know if you need anything else!</description>

		<description>Question about segments and reporting. Does one have to send a message to a segment in order to get reports on that segment? For example, if I create a segment of people born in May, but send the message to all contacts (including those born in May), will I be able to get the open rates, etc., for those born in May?
